SPROC is an on-chain revenue-sharing processor for an AI trading-signal agent. Every buy and sell pays a 3% tax — half streams to holders as OKB dividends, half powers an autonomous buyback-and-burn circuit. No operator in the loop.
The tax routing is enforced on-chain. The vault recipient list was locked in the launch transaction and cannot be changed.
Every SPROC buy and sell pays 3% into the Tax Distribution Vault.
The vault splits the tax 50/50: half to holders, half to the creator share.
Holder half streams as OKB dividends with a 24h linear release. Minimum 10,000 SPROC to qualify.
Creator half splits 60 / 25 / 15: buyback circuit, agent operations, project treasury.

BuybackCircuitV2 was taped out before launch — because the vault recipient list locks at launch — then bound to SPROC with a one-time call. Once it holds 5 OKB, anyone can trigger a buyback:
OKB is wrapped to WOKB (0xe538905cf8410324e03a5a23c1c177a474d59b2b).
WOKB swaps to SPROC on X Layer's official Uniswap V2 router, using the fee-on-transfer-safe swap function.
100% of the SPROC received goes to the burn address. Nothing can be withdrawn — ever.

minOut is keeper-side slippage protection: quote the V2 pair off-chain first. Remember SPROC carries a 3% buy tax — quote the after-tax net amount.

Trustless by construction — there is nothing to trust.
No upgrade, no admin, no withdrawal backdoor. The buyback circuit can never send funds anywhere except the burn address.
setSPROC was callable exactly once by the deployer (SPROC didn't exist when the circuit was deployed). It has been called — the permission is permanently burned.
The vault recipient list (60/25/15) was locked in the launch transaction and cannot be changed afterwards.
Anti-snipe is on: 50% → 0% linear decay over 30 minutes. Graduation protection: 100 days, 85 OKB target, 80% bonding curve / 20% DEX liquidity.
Signal Processor was built for the TapeOut Genesis Transistor Hackathon (IGNIX × Metagents × X Layer, Sep 22 – Oct 6, 2026): an AI trading-signal agent whose revenue sharing is enforced entirely on-chain. The processor was deployed from the TapeOut factory to X Layer mainnet and the buyback circuit was taped out before the deadline.
